WACO- Police on Sunday evening were looking for the teenager who snatched a woman's wallet in the parking lot of a Waco store and two others who might have been involved.

A boy between the ages of 15 and 17 approached a woman who was loading merchandise into her car in the parking lot of Big Lots in the 4900 block of W. Waco Dr. shortly after 6:30 p.m. He allegedly grabbed her wallet and ran away. Two other males were nearby on bikes and also fled the scene.

The victim chased the thief and ended up tripping, scraping her forearms and face. She declined medical treatment.

The victim told police the two on the bikes fled toward Lake Air, while the other ran away toward Industrial Blvd. and then possibly Sanger Ave. with the wallet.

Police were combing the area to see if the suspects were hiding around nearby stores.
