COLLEGE STATION--The cell phone video from the college station shooting seen around the nation was captured by next door neighbor Rigo Cisneros. Tonight we have an exclusive on-camera interview with Cisneros about what was going through his mind while he was taking that video.

A week ago today, Rigo Cisneros took cell phone video of the tense moments on August 13, 2012. He remembers that Monday vividly.

"I saw the officer down and that's when my anxiety kicked in because I couldn't get out here because the gunfire was being exchanged every couple minutes." When the gunfire stopped Cisneros was able to get to Constable Brian Bachmann and start CPR.

"When I showed up on scene it was just the pinned College Station Police officer, a swat officer and me." Cisneros says in those few minutes before more paramedics arrived -each person on scene went above and beyond "The most intense images I can see is there's a down officer there a swat officer who just came out of that house through the doorway. He's short of breath he sees we're short handed because I switched to working on the constable to the suspect and he came over and said 'Can I help'." An officer who just went through that assault to put all that away and still see that work needed to be done that's a level of professionalism I haven't seen in over 20 years."

Looking at the home almost everyday, Cisneros says he'll always remember the afternoon of August 13th, 2012, "I've had the unfortunate luxury of playing back the scene dozens of times and fortunately I did everything I could have done."
