MCLENNAN COUNTY - A 41 year old McLennan County man is being held without bond after being charged with two cases of Sexual Assault of a Child going back to 2009.
McLennan County Sheriff's Deputies had developed a case against Justin Lee Brinegar almost two years ago after one complaint was filed.
A warrant was obtained, but Brinegar was able to elude deputies until August 12th of this year when he was arrested.
His bond was initially set at $30,000 and he bonded out, but as the district attorney's office was updating the case for prosecution, a second victim who claimed to have been abused about the same time in 2009 turned up.
A second charge was prepared and judge ordered the previous bond was insufficient and Brinegar was booked back into the McLennan County Jail.
