Killeen issues emergency boil water notice for some customers

KILLEEN- After a water main break on Sunday morning, the City of Killeen has issued an emergency boil water notice for some residents.

Water customers in the area from Watercrest Rd. south to Elms, as well as those from Clear Creek Rd. east to Waterfall, are experiencing low water pressure or no water service. Everyone in this area should immediately boil all water before consumption, until further notice.

City crews are working to repair the break and will stay there until water service is restored.
The City is asking anyone else with low water pressure or no water outside this area to call the city and report it at (254) 501-6319 or (254) 501-6320.
