WACO - A man accused of molesting a child on multiple occasions has been found guilty and now knows his sentence.
Herbert Leroy Patterson was found guilty of Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child and Indecency with a Child by Contact.
For the first charge, Patterson was sentenced to 45 years in prison. On the second charge, he got 20 years and was ordered to pay a $5,000 fine. The sentences will not run concurrently.
Patterson was accused of sexually assaulting a child multiple times back in October and November of 2010. He was arrested after the victim made an outcry to family members.
Police say another supposed victim also came forward with allegations against Patterson.
