A family run business, Woody Butler is a second generation builder who has worked hard to build affordable "Better Built Brick Homes" in the Central Texas area. In 2012, our projected goal is to build "70" new brick homes. Don't be left out!

Woody is a second generation builder, developer with over 30 year's experience. Member of the Heart of Texas Builders Association and two times past president, Woody is notably involved in the building industry. Named Spike Member, of the National Builders Association for his many years of service and currently serving on the MCC building board helping teach quality building to future builders and tradesmen. Woody Butler takes pride in the building community and in his company's quality construction and cutting edge building techniques.

LuAnne Butler is a third generation builder, following in the footsteps of her father, Woody Butler and grandfather, Rex Butler. She graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelors Degree in Interior Design. However she accredits learning the ins and outs of the building industry from years of work, building and designing homes with her father.
LuAnne still takes part in the Baylor University design program. She demonstrates home construction in several phases to current students taking Building Construction courses. Also she participates in giving comments on the yearly sophomore review of the student's projects.
Eager to be involved in the community and building industry, LuAnne serves in several nonprofit organizations. For the past four years she has served with the Waco Junior League helping women and children. LuAnne has also served on the Heart of Texas Builders Association Board of Directors since 2006 and the National Board of Directors since 2008. Taking part in many Parade of Homes, LuAnne also designed the Builder's Showcase Home in 2004.
