Fire at local law office causes significant smoke damage

WACO - A local law office sustained significant smoke damage as a result of an early morning fire.

Police were called out to the 100 block of Clifton in East Waco at 9:53 a.m. Tuesday morning.

This came after an employee went to open the office earlier in the day and saw smoke coming from inside.

The building took a good amount of damage, but thankfully no one was hurt.

The cause of the fire is unknown at this point.
