WACO- A Waco man with one arm is behind bars after police say he slashed another man's hand at a local apartment complex shortly after 8:00 on Saturday night.
According to Waco Police, Don Patino, 57, was drunk when he approached a Brazos Terrace apartment in the 500 block of N. 12th St., looking for a friend he thought lived there. When a 48-year-old man told Patino his friend doesn't live there, Patino allegedly slashed the man's hand with a knife and took off.
Police arrested Patino in an alley on Jefferson Ave. between 10th and 11th Streets. Patino is facing one count of aggravated assault.
The victim's injury was not severe.
