Cameron Police, with the assistance of the Milam County Sheriff's Department, have managed to arrest a man who was found in possession of cocaine on Tuesday.
37-year-old Kevin "Kitty" Webber was charged with a first degree felony for the alleged crime after police conducted a month long investigation into open air drug activity in the area of OJ Thomas Park and Pavilion in Cameron.
Webber was also found with a police frequency scanner on him, and had apparently been monitoring the movements of local police and sheriff's deputies.
He is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance in a Drug Free Zone.
