KILLEEN - A man has been stuck with multiple charges after allegedly assaulting two people on Saturday.
John Eric Saenz was involved in a domestic disturbance in the 100 block of Dunn in Killeen that morning at around 12:30 a.m.
A neighbor had seen Saenz assaulting a female outside and told him to stop. Saenz then proceeded to force his way into the neighbor's apartment and assault him as well.
He was charged with misdemeanor Assault and felony Burglary of a Habitation since he forced his way into the home to commit the assault.
