"High Risk" sex offender caught after exposing himself to young girl at local laundromat

WACO - A man wanted for allegedly exposing himself to a nine-year-old girl at 'Ma Suds Coin Laundry' in Robinson has been arrested.

Monday evening Waco Officers arrested 51-year-old Mario Estrada for Indecency with a Child, a 3rd degree felony. It was learned that Estrada is a registered "High Risk" sex offender who has been living in South Waco.

Back on July 4th, Estrada reportedly exposed himself to the girl at the laundromat. When the girl reported the incident to her parents, he fled the scene. However, a surveillance camera was able to record the act and provide police with an accurate description of the suspect.

When the surveillance photos were made public, several people were able to identify the individual as Estrada. An officer who knew the suspect was able to identify him.

After he was identified, a warrant was issued for his arrest and he was taken to custody at his home in the 900 block of South 17th Street.
