Driver accusing of intentionally ramming into a truck with his 18-wheeler

WACO - A truck driver is being charged with Aggravated Assault after he knocked a man out of his truck with his 18-wheeler.

The incident occurred at a truck stop in the 2400 block of South New Road on Friday.

The driver of the 18-wheeler, now identified as Ferlanzo David Cain, had supposedly gotten into an argument with a 43-year old man at the truck stop. The victim was getting into his pick-up when Cain lurched his truck forward, hitting the pick-up and knocking the victim out of his vehicle.

Cain was arrested by Waco Police. His bond was set at $20,000.
