Waco - A man pled guilty Monday afternoon to three burglaries and received a 45 year prison term.
47-year-old David Demerson burglarized three different homes in September and October of 2011. He was arrested after some of the items he stole from the third house were found in his car. He confessed to that burglary and police later tied him to the other two when officers found records showing he sold some stolen items to a local pawn shop.
Demerson was also charged with burglary of a habitation back in 1993. It is not known when he will be up for parole.
