LACY LAKEVIEW- A 45-year-old woman accused of pulling a knife on a family member who was carrying a baby is now facing aggravated assault and child endangerment charges for the alleged incident last Sunday.
"The suspect slashed a knife at both the victim and baby," said Lacy Lakeview Police Chief Dennis Stapleton, adding that the alleged assault at the Meadows Apartments in the 4300 block of Meyers Lane resulted in minor injuries to Risper's family member but the baby was not hurt.
Risper, who is at McLennan County Jail, faces one count of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon resulting in injuries and one count of Endangering a Child, with bonds totaling $200,000.
