TEMPLE - Two people were evacuated Thursday morning after a fire broke out in a two-story Temple home.
Temple Fire and Rescue were called out to a two-alarm house fire in the 2800 block of Creekside at around 7:00 a.m.
They arrived to find flames coming from the roof and immediately began to battle the blaze.
Two adults were displaced as a result of the fire, but thankfully everyone who was in the home got out safely.
The daughter of the elderly couple that lived in the home spoke with us and said that her parents would be celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary on Friday.
