Temple Police SWAT and Special Investigations Unit members managed to seize 115 pounds of marijuana while executing a search warrant on Friday.
The search took place in the 5300 block of North Highway 317 in Temple. The owner of the home, Joe Kenneth Harrison, Jr., was detained while the residence was searched.
Officers located the marijuana and seized it along with $17,000 in cash, two firearms, and other items.
Mr. Harrison was taken to the Bell County Jail, charged with felony Possession of Marijuana over 50 lbs.
