TEMPLE - Police are investigating a robbery that occurred early Wednesday morning at a local convenience store.
Police were called to the 1400 block of West Avenue M to a "GK Mart" at around 12:10 a.m.
They arrived and were advised that two men had entered the store with their faces covered and that one had displayed a handgun.
The men demanded and received an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing on foot in an unknown direction.
Officers searched the area, but were unable to locate the suspects.
