WACO - Robert Ashley Williams, a former Police Chief at TSTC, now knows his sentence after pleading guilty to Abuse of Official Capacity back in April.
A judge decided that Williams would spend three years on deferred adjudication probation after he was arrested back in January.
Williams is accused of stealing guns from TSTC police and selling them to pawn shops. He also reportedly stole a gun and gave it to a friend as a retirement present.
According to his indictment, the guns he stole were valued between $1,500 and $20,000.
