At Cedar Crest Hospital & RTC our adolescent program helps adolescents (ages 12-17) with emotional issues. If your teen needs help, we are here 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Some Symptoms to Look For:

• Defiant behavior
• Aggressive behavior
• Behavioral problems
• Isolation from loved ones and friends
• Self mutilation
• Suicidal thoughts
• Preoccupation with death
• Decline in academic performance
• Changes in relationships
• Drug or alcohol use

The Adolescent Program Includes:

• Individual counseling
• Group counseling
• Activities therapy
• Family counseling
• Constant assessment of individual's treatment goals
• Co-occurring disorders – chemical dependency treatment

Once your teen has completed the adolescent program, Cedar Crest Hospital & RTC will help him or her understand what to expect when they go home. Our specialists will help them construct a plan on how to continue moving forward once their treatment is complete.
