Weather Update: School Closings/Delays

Weather Update: School Closings/Delays

At this time we know of one school closure. Below is a list of schools and districts that will have a delay. We will update this list as soon as information becomes available.

As of 8:16 a.m.

Aquilla ISD: Is now closed due to no electricity.

As of 6:41 a.m.

Aquilla ISD: 10 a.m. start

Tracy's Tiny Treasures: 2 hour delay

As of 6:31 a.m.

Lampasas ISD: 2 hour delay

Robinson ISD: 2 hour delay

Meadow Brook Baptist Preschool in Robinson: 2 hour delay. School to start at 9:30 a.m.

WSGBC Daycare Center: 2 hour delay

Mount Calm ISD: Delayed. School will start at 10 a.m. due to power outage.

Gatesville ISD: Will have regular schedule. However, buses won't be able to get to areas where there are low water crossings or flooded areas. The district is advising students to find an alternate method to get to school. If these areas are prohibiting students to get to school safely, please call the school directly.

As of 6:10 a.m.

Transformative Charter Academy in Killeen: Closed today.

Connally ISD: 2 hour delay

 

As of 5:50 a.m.

Mexia ISD: 2 hour delay
