30-year sentence handed down to already registered sex offender

WACO - A man accused of molesting an 8-year-old girl inside a local grocery store will spend the next 30 years in prison.

Glen Edward Pilley pled guilty to Indecency with a Child by Contact. This comes after he was spotted by a witness fondling the girl when her grandmother wasn't looking in the aisles of a Waco H-E-B.

The little girl later told police that she had been touched inappropriately two separate times.

Pilley was already a registered sex offender.
