Drug bust after six month investigation

ROCKDALE - A group of Milam County men are facing drug charges after a six month drug investigation. 

Late Tuesday night, the Milam County Special Investigations Unit arrested a group of men and women. Precinct 3 Constable Herbie Vaughn and Rockdale police officers also assisted.

During the warrant sweep, the investigators found a small drug lab.  The men seemed to be in the process of making methamphetamines.

32-year-old Patrick Vega, 29-year old Sherman Sanchez, and 18-year old Dylon Caffey were all arrested on warrants for Delivery of a Controlled Substance.

46-year old Samuel Wesson is charged with Delivery of a Controlled in a school zone.

31-year old John Lloyd East, 29-year old Casey McDonald, 31-year old Jessica Arbuckle, and 31-year old Michael Arbuckle are charged with possession of 1 to 4 grams.

29-year old Julia Farmer was arrested at the scene, and also faces drug charges.
