Electrophysiology Lab

This sate-of-the art technology is used for:

• Coronary intervention applications which assist with structural problems of the heart such as blocked arteries

• Electrophysiology applications which precisely identify and isolate problems with the heart's rhythms

• Twin computerize-controlled magnets, weighing more than two tons each, are moved into position in order to create a magnetic field within the lab

• Once in place, cardiologists use the system's computerized "joystick" device to reach areas in the heart that are simply impossible to reach with conventional procedures.
