An 18-wheeler has overturned on the northbound side of Interstate 35 near exit 301 in Temple. Traffic has been backed up for about four miles south of S. Loop 363.
Police expect a delay of 20-25 minutes, and all traffic is being diverted onto the access road at exit 301. There has been no estimate made on clearing time.
