SEVERE WEATHER POSSIBLE THIS EVENING
Isolated thunderstorms will continue to develop this evening, mainly west of Waco/Temple/Killeen. Some of the storms could be severe with very large hail and damaging winds the primary threats. Any storms will likely die out by 10pm with the loss of daytime heating. Then we will see some low clouds develop with lows in the low 70s Saturday morning.
The dryline in west Texas will move close to Central Texas both Saturday and Sunday afternoons. This will bring a chance of isolated storms to the western parts of Central Texas. Again, some of these storms could be severe, but there will not be many of them.
Next week storm chances pick up for more of the area Tuesday. This event is looking like it will be more widespread with its severe weather impacts. Stay tuned!
Have a great weekend!
