WACO - A man is filing for divorce and wants his wife to go through a psychiatric evaluation, after she was arrested and charged with aggravated kidnapping and injury to a child.

Prisscilla Mechell is accused of kidnapping her friend's baby on Monday, then when she realized that she'd been caught, officers say she left the infant in a dumpster.

Mechell supposedly did not tell her husband she had a miscarriage, and wanted to fake the child as her own.

News Channel 25 pulled court documents to find out that Prisscilla Mechell's husband, Scott, filed not only for divorce but also a temporary restraining order. Documents show the Mechell's have been married for five years, until Scott filed for a divorce on Tuesday and asked for full custody of their five-year-old daughter.

In his statement he said quote, "I am very concerned that my wife would injure our daughter or would take our daughter and leave the court's jurisdiction,"said Mechell.

Court papers also show Scott requesting that his wife have no visitation rights for two weeks until the next court hearing.

She's currently being held in the McLennan county jail on $500,000 bond.
